Children & Youth

It is our desire to provide high quality, relevant experiences for children and young people. We seek to encourage through study of the Bible, music, expressive drama and dance and multimedia presentations.

We are a pre-school group for children and carers. We meet every Wednesday, 10:00am-11:30am in term time.

We offer structured play, a baby area, a quiet reading and puzzle corner and a messy play room where we do different craft activities, including painting, play dough, cutting and sticking. We promote healthy eating and are a member of Pre-school Learning Alliance’s ‘Snackables Project.’

We are a friendly group and would love it if you could come along and join us.

Limitless

Limitless is Elim’s national youth ministry. It is committed to helping young people rise up in God and show the world that the One they worship is alive today and powerfully at work.

The Limitless team passionately believes that there is no background or life experience that disqualifies young people from living out the potential that God has placed within them – the potential to be world changers.

Limitless exists to reach young people, equip youth leaders and inspire dynamic youth ministry through the local church. Their mission is to…

  1. Reach Young People – A generation of faithful and faith-filled young people, dreaming big and serving Jesus with their whole lives.
  2. Equip Youth Leaders – An army of fully equipped and fired-up youth leaders, united nationally and serving locally.
  3. Inspire Youth Ministry – A dynamic youth ministry in every church, reaching and discipling young people in their communities.

Safeguarding

We recognise the need to keep all children and young people safe from harm and are committed to doing our utmost to protect those in our care.

Riversway Elim Church regards child protection and good working practice as a priority. In the interests of the safety and well being of all children and young people, it has developed and operates a formal child protection policy, which is registered with the Churches’ Child Protection Advisory Service.
